The Take Me Home program was originally designed and implemented by the Pensacola Police Department, with the purpose of assisting those who are unable to speak for themselves for reasons such as Alzheimer's, Dementia, Autism or Down Syndrome. In the event your loved one is missing, information provided in this application can be sent to deputies to quickly and accurately search the area to ensure your loved one is found and brought home safe.

Enrollment requires a current digital picture, physical description, and caregiver contact information. Once the individual is enrolled in Take Me Home, an officer can search by name or by the person’s physical description.
